Italian Sausage Pasta Recipe
Instead of using ground beef for a bolognese sauce swap it for Italian sausage meat and it makes a delicious change. This recipe couldn't be easier and the end product couldn't be tastier. Thanks to our friends at our local Market Meat & Meet, we've now made this a staple on Britican.
- 4 Italian Sausages Remove skin
- 1 Onion Sliced into half-moon shapes
- 2 Cloves Garlic Chopped
- 1 Jar Diced tomatoes
- 1 Package Pasta
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Heat olive oil and add onions and garlic. Cook for a little while. Then add sausages (with skins removed) and separate the meat. Cook until brown. Add tomatoes and simmer while you cook the pasta.
