Normally I write an article and do a video but for some reason I managed only a video for Union Island. In an attempt to keep all my media in one place I’ve embedded the YouTube video below like previous articles.
I have, however, created a summary of our time in Union Island in addition to my overall rating for the island. So, watch the video and then be sure to scroll below to see my rating.
Sailing Around Union Island, St Vincent Grenadines
Watch this video on Union Island, St Vincent Grenadines to enjoy a ride around Chatham Bay, get close to a pelican, witness one flipper races, meet a man with a machete, experience a walk across the island to the main town, get an interesting fact about the Grenadines, take in a 360 degree view of Chatham bay, travel from Chatham Bay to Clifton and get a little dingy tour of the Clifton anchorage.
What’s my rating for Union Island, St Vincent Grenadines?
Overall, I give Union Island a good solid 8/10.
The anchorages were great, the food was simple but good, and the people were lovely. Walking across the island provided a spectacular view of the surrounding waters – the views were all breathtaking. We had good friends anchored next to us making our stay fantastic.
