VIP email and phone response to questions (within 24 hours)

The dedicated Britican Club Member email address is BriticanVIP@SailingBritican.com – when you email this address it comes directly to us (Simon and Kim) and is flagged for immediate processing 😉 We’ll respond as soon as possible but our goal is to email no later than 24 hours after the email comes in. If we’re, however, on a long passage and can’t get Internet we might be delayed but that’s not likely.

Monthly member phone call with Simon &/or Kim

Within a couple days of signing up to the Britican Club we’ll make a quick call to personally welcome you into the club. We’ll also schedule a convenient time to chat about where you are with your plans, what you want to achieve, burning questions and so forth. If you’d like to let us know the most convenient time to ring you, try out your special BritcanVIP email address and send us a note. Let us know the day and time best to call and please let us know what time zone you’re in. Otherwise, just hang tight at you’ll hear from us soon.

Members only t-shirts and 20% discount on all Britican apparel

As long as you’re logged into our website with your membership login, you can visit our store and see the 20% discount applied to all t-shirts. Click here to check them out now. If there’s a color that you’d like and don’t see or a men’s design that you want on a woman’s t-shirt (or vice versa), or if you want a bespoke design made, just use the BriticanVIP email address and let us know what you’re after. Also – coming soon…Britican Club member t-shirts. There will be t-shirts that only members can buy.

 

Early release of new guides and videos

The way that this works is that when I upload a video and/or article it will be marked private for a few days. During those few days you’ll have early access to the content. We’re so appreciative of your membership that we want you to have total VIP treatment. Who knows…perhaps one day you’ll be in a bar talking to a stranger who also follows Sailing Britican. You can say, ‘hey – did you see their recent video about how to increase any boat speed by 1 knot?’ The stranger will respond, ‘No – I didn’t realize that was published…’ And that’s when you can say, ‘Oh…actually you have to be a member to see that right now.’ (hehehehe).

First refusal on new dates released for the Britican Experience, our week long sailing offer

Coming soon – we’re opening up our lives and boat to those that want to experience what it’s like to live on a liveaboard boat. Soon we’ll be releasing dates for a week long Britican Experience. This will provide the perfect opportunity for couples and families to try before they buy. Depending on what each family member is looking for we’ll create a week long experience on Britican that includes any or all of the following (just to mention a small sample):

Personal introductions to other boat owners and quality service professionals

After sailing 30,000 miles we’ve met loads of boat owners and marine professionals. If you’re interested in talking to someone that has the boat model you are considering buying chances are high that we can connect you. If you want to talk to a boater that has pets on board or perhaps interested in someone that sailed a monohull and has changed to a catamaran, again, we can put you in touch 😉

Also – if there’s a particular company that you purchase goods from, let us know who it is. We’d be happy to approach them and ask for them to offer a Britican Members only discount. Power in numbers – eh?!
