While sailing around Sicily, we kept looking at the fish markets but we were too afraid to buy anything. We’ve always been used to buying fillets of fish rather than the whole fish! That being said, by the time we got to Greece, we decided to make something easy. Our first fish dish was a fish pie. Watch the video below and the recipe follows.
