Refunds and Returns Policy for Sailing Britican Sailing Guides

At Sailing Britican, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our sailing guides. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for both digital and paperback guides. Please review our policy below for detailed information on refunds and returns:
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Your request for a refund must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
- The sailing guide must be in its original condition for paperback copies.
- For digital guides, the refund will be processed as long as you delete the guide from your computer or device.
2. How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and details of the guide you wish to return.
- If applicable, explain the reason for your refund request.
3. Refund Process:
Once we receive your refund request and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund as follows:
For Digital Guides:
- Refunds for digital guides will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your request.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
For Paperback Guides:
- Refunds for paperback guides will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Return of Paperback Guides:
If you are returning a paperback guide, please follow these instructions:
- Securely package the guide to prevent damage during transit.
- Include a copy of your proof of purchase (order number or receipt) in the package.

Please note that the cost of return shipping for paperback guides is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
5. Exception for Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective paperback guide, please email Kim@SailingBritican.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs. A replacement guide will be sent to you once the damaged or defective item is received and inspected.
