CopperCoat Problems

Since 2016 we’ve had CopperCoat problems. With two failed CopperCoat antifoul applications and two touch-up jobs, we thought there was no hope. In a last-ditch effort to find a resolution, the head of CopperCoat UK flew to Grenada. He came to oversee one final antifoul application.

If one of the owners of CopperCoat wasn’t able to get it to work then we could once and for all blame the product manufacturer rather than the boatyard application attempts. Watch the video to get the full start to finish story. And discover if we’re happy with the results or not.

    Hi all
Feels great to stretch her wings & be out among the waves!
Good to see you guys finally got the copper coat issue resolved!
However be sure to check the haul bottom each 6 months just to
help reinforce your excitement & review any residual warranty that may
be left from that copper coat work!
What are your sailing plans? Or are you all just entertaining fishing!
Time goes by fast savoir every moment on the waves!
    W.W.

You’re the third person that has asked me this very question today. I need to do a video update, don’t I? My immediate response is that since our last application done by CC themselves it’s been working as it should. Smiles, Kim
